SWTOR: APAC transfers and paid server transfers in patch 2.2
Players on SWTOR APAC servers can expect to transfer off their servers before patch 2.2 while players on regular servers can expect paid transfers to arrive with patch 2.2.

Hey folks,
I know we have been a bit quiet about our plans for your consolidations and although I don´t have any concrete details yet today, I wanted to pass on what I know. Our current plan is that next week we will start to give you details surrounding your free transfers off of the APAC servers. Specifically, we want to try to give you an exact date of when those transfers will start. We are still working through some issues with transfers so this could still change but that is our plan as it stands right now.
To be specific as I can be without setting anything in stone, our goal is to have you folks able to start transferring before 2.2 goes live. Again I need to reiterate, this is still subject to change as we lock things down.

I wanted to give an update on paid character transfers as I know it is something that everyone has been chomping at the bit for. The reason for our silence on the issue is that we are still working through some issues with the transfer tool and so we didn´t want to set an expectation on timing and not meet it. Also, it was very important to us that we informed our APAC players of our plans first, since transfers related to their current issues as well.
With that said I wanted to let you know what our current plans are. As it stands today, our goal is to launch character transfers with Game Update 2.2. Now, as I noted above, we are still working through some things so please note that this is just our goal and that it is entirely subject to change.
I will update you with more information as I get it, thanks!

It is absolutely still our plan to have character transfers hit in 2.2. The Summer plan was specifically our content plan, so it didn't seem like a good place to mention a convenience feature like transfers. Don't worry, nothing changed, I will tell you if anything does!

Hey folks,
I know there have been quite a few questions around paid character transfers so I spent some time rounding up the answers to the more heavily asked ones and here they are! If there are any that I missed please feel free to post them in this thread and I will see what I can find out.
How much do transfers cost?
Paid character transfers cost 1800 Cartel Coins per character. The purchase must be made using Cartel Coins.
How do I transfer a character?
Once the service is live in 2.2, you will be able to go to your account page here on swtor.com and transfer from there.
What happens if there is a name collision?
If your character name is already taken by another player on your new server, you will need to rename your character. Your character will be “flagged” for a rename once you login.
Will my Legacy, Achievements, and Collections all transfer with my character?
Yes! All of your Legacy unlocks, Achievements earned, and triggered Collections will be waiting for you.
What happens if I have a Legacy on both my source and destination servers?
Whichever Legacy is of a higher level will take precedence and become your new Legacy. This has no affect on unlocks, the unlocks from both Legacies will combine. For example: You are transferring a character from the Bastion to the Harbinger. The character you are transferring from the Bastion is in a level 27 Legacy. Currently on Harbinger you have a level 13 Legacy. After the transfer you will now have a level 27 Legacy on Harbinger which combines the unlocks from both servers.
Is there a way to transfer a guild?
There is currently no method in place to transfer an entire guild at one time. Each person must transfer their characters individually and recreate their guild on the new server.
I hope that clears some things up! Let me know if there are any major questions still pending that I missed.

Oui Saskuat mais pas aussi complet malheureusement que SWG. Tant qua moi SWG était l'un des jeux d'open les plus complet dans les années 2000. Le pvp y'en a pas mal mais parcontre le jeu est trop jeune encore et ya beaucoup de limitation je trouve encore. Mais au moins le jeu est basé sur 60% skill du joueurs 20% équipement et 20% feat. Un gars a 15k de prowess peut facilement battre un gars de 100k c ca que je trouve cool du jeu.
Bref ya toujours SWEMU qui sont en Alpha je sais si le projet va se concrétiser mais bon , des fois un private server de SWG si ca fonctionne ca pourrait toujours m'intéresser vu le contenu actuel de tous les jeux.

New update sur le transfère payant, lire en haut dans le poste original. De ce qui est le APAC, sur le site officielle dans votre gestion de compte, transfère de personnage, les transfère de serveur sont déjà indiquer et dans la FAQ, il est annoncé que dès le 12 juin les free transfère vont être ouvert.
