PvP Celestial Amulet and Jewel: Increased the total stats it gives by a small amount.
Sigil of Blood: Now has an internal cool down of 2 seconds.
All on kill sigils now give you 5 buffs per kill in Competitive PvP
Rune of Dwayna(6): decreased the regeneration duration from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
Rune of Divinity: reduced the critical damage from 3% to 2%.
Rune of the Mesmer: now effects Daze instead of stun.
